Summary
The fist thing that I did was add the text on separate layers. I had to put them in separate layers because I had to add them to a timeline later on. Once it was time for the timeline, I turned off all text layers except for 3 and created a frame animation. I made the frames 1 second and turned the layers back on every time I made a new frame. Once I was done with all my frames I clicked on the tween button. The time on frame 5 and 15 was changed to .1 seconds and once was changed to forever. It was now time to click play.
