Summary
First I had to create the base of the clock, which is the circle. I then added guidelines to help me position everything correctly on the clock. It was now time to build the clock, so I added a frame and used some effects to make it look like it had shape. I used the Type Tool to create the numbers on the clock. To make the marks on the clock I used the Rounded Rectangle Tool and made them black. The Custom Shape tool helped me create the arrow that you see going around on the clock. I duplicated this layer to make it go around the whole clock. I opened the timeline and selected “Create Frame Animation”, to make the actual animation. I changed the time to .2 and duplicated the frames until all 12 were done and ready to go.
