For this GIF I used Brush Ninja. I created the hoop and the backboard with the shape tools, as well as for the basketball. I then selected the basketball and moved it a little on each frame to make it look like it is being shot into the net. When it hits the rim, I changed the direction the ball was moving so that it looked like it made it and was heading down to the floor. I also gave the rim an effect to make it look better when the ball hits it as its going in.
