Hippo!

First, for the nose of the hippo I grabbed the ellipse tool and made an oval. I then copied the oval and used the Direct Selection Tool to create the hippo’s head. To create the ears, I made another oval, stretched its lower node down, and used Offset Path to make the inner part of the ear. I went back to the Ellipse Tool and created the nose holes and the eyes. The Rectangle Tool helped me create the teeth and the board that he is behind. I created the arm using the Pen Tool and created the toes using the Ellipse Tool. For the text on the board I used the Text Tool.
